Steve Percival, MBA, has over 35 years of comprehensive HR leadership and operational experience working in manufacturing and healthcare. He started his career working as an Employee Relation Specialist in a manufacturing company in Dayton, Ohio and 35+ years later, retired from the corporate world as the Vice President of Human Resources for the largest healthcare system in northwest Arkansas. Since retiring in 2017, he has been helping small/medium firms get the most from their employees by helping leaders reinforce/learn how to lead in a firm, fair, and friendly manner. He has experience in all aspects of human resources, e.g., setting up effective compensation/ benefit plans, performance management plans, accountability systems, wellness plans, HR policies and handbooks that are written in a fashion to help employees understand the rules while creating an accountable, productive work environment, etc. He employs a “one size fits one” philosophy in order to tailor his involvement to the needs of the organization to make sure they’re getting what they need without hype and unnecessary filler.
